At Steel Horse, Zack leads construction methodology and the client build process.
Mike brings operational precision to every project. As owner of Equity Home Source, he also brings product knowledge and supplier-side perspective into the Steel Horse process. He ensures that each material, hardware component, fixture, and specification is sourced correctly and delivered on time so the build team can stay focused on execution. At Steel Horse, he is the operational backbone before the first wall ever goes up.
Lori brings the interior design perspective into the Steel Horse process early, helping clients translate ideas into selections, finishes, and spaces that feel aligned before construction is underway. Her role supports clearer design direction, stronger client communication, and a more cohesive custom home experience from planning through execution.
Steel Horse specializes in large-scale custom homes built entirely from the ground up using cold-formed steel framing. We also manage lot and land discovery, site evaluation, and pre-construction planning so the process is coordinated from the first idea through final walkthrough.
